  11. I find green so calming. My office walls are painted sage green, and there is a rug on the floor that’s predominately that colour, too. Then, I have my computer on a desk that looks out of a window at a shaggy green lawn and lots of architectural green shrubs and trees. When I’m sitting at my desk, it’s as if I’m in the garden. Can be a bit distracting though, if I see an interesting bird, or my resident albino squirrel out of the window.

Your pictures are lovely, and that Chinese proverb is spot on 🙂

    1. Thank you so much. True, green really is calming. The shades of green I see around me here there are very pleasant for an eye, soothing and also energizing at the same time. A wonderful mix for making one feel…simply good. Or better at least. 🙂 Especially if there’ s a feeling of being in the garden – even with those “nature’ s distractions” you mentioned. I think it must be a part of inspiration for your wonderful blog.
