My challenge is my passion – a photo you have taken and a quote, attributed to its author, and of course related to your image. Every week on Sunday I will post a new prompt.
And…I will be sending a few of you a free copy of my book, Butterfly Thy Name, each week, in due course – when it’s finished!
I want to thank my fellow bloggers who have already become a part of this challenge. Everyone’ s welcome to join! All you have to do is:
– create a post of your own with the title Ese’s Weekly Shoot & Quote Challenge – Loneliness;
– include a link to this post also for others to find you.
Let your ideas flow and enjoy! Ese
Prompt 4 – LONELINESS
Language has created the word “loneliness” to express the pain of being alone. And it has created the word “solitude” to express the glory of being alone. /P.Tillich/
I decided to go monochrome with this prompt – can’t wait to see where it will take you…
Here is mine. I too love the Paul Tillich quote and I con’t resist using it although I also included another quote. Mahalo for continuing to inspire us.

‘Loneliness’ got me thinking about one of the bravest women from medieval history: Joan of Arc. Thanks for the prompt Ese!

I had forgotten to come by and post on your blog. I was trying to do too many things at once. Getting a new computer and learning how to navigate doesn’t help. ~~~~~ : – O
I like the images you’ve posted in black and white. Thanks for hosting and the pingback.
