Those who love you are not fooled by mistakes you have made or dark images you hold about yourself. They remember your beauty when you feel ugly; your wholeness when you are broken; your innocence when you feel guilty; and your purpose when you are confused. /A.Cohen/

I always look forward to seeing what you have to offer. I really like the way in the first photo the one flower seems to be an insect on the other. Fun!

Thank you, Janet. Must admit that was a touch difficult to find the one hue I would consider mine therefore I tried to find something that would be…the closest. Hue and…pattern-wise. 🙂

What a beautiful quote about ugly and such beautiful photos for hue too. I’ve missed your last two quote and shoot challenges, but I hope to be back at some point. The last two weeks have been busy and I could not find quotes and pictures that fit my mood.

Love the photos but the quote is singing to me: It is reminding me about the importance of real friendships and of authentic community.

Thank you very much, JB. I had found that quote already some time ago and “saved” together with my other favourite ones. This felt like a perfect moment to let is shine in a post. 🙂
