Līgo Haibun Challenge – Quote Prompt

Another Friday has brought along not just a snow-storm in this part of the world but a new Līgo Haibun Challenge. Welcome everyone!

This week is quote week again. Please choose one of the following:

Harmony makes small things grow, lack of it makes great things decay. – Sallhust

OR

Never was anything great achieved without danger. – Niccolo Machiavelli

There is a tiny little twist this week – all haibun linked up in this quote week must be a minimum of 345 words, inclusive.

Let your imagination flow and don’t forget to add your haibun to the Inlinkz collection, please! Good luck!

  1. Are you sure you want to keep doing these changes? It was working perfectly well as it was. I’m afraid if you keep doing that, you are going to be driving people away rather than getting them to join.

This was supposed to be a bit of fun, but all the complications have been taking the fun away from it. There is one thing letting your creativity flow, but something completely different when it has to be this; has to include that; don’t use haiku style use this style.

My suggestion is to put it back to the way it was before when it was a winning formula.
