Carpe Diem Haiku *Omsk*

Fairy tale weddings and grand entrances sometimes are connected quite tightly to “happily ever after”. Tatiana Filatova from the Siberian city Omsk decided not only to make her wedding day the happiest day of her life but also a really impressive event to remember. Happy bride went down the aisle in the longest veil in the world – 3686 meters (12093.2 feet). All the way to the wedding ceremony it was helped to carry by about 300 volunteers and 33 limousines while the bride and groom were standing in a special carriage.

    1. I am happy I found myself on that train, Kristjaan. Though I am jumping off the train and having a peek at places in my own way, it is still really nice to be on the same journey with everyone else. Thank you for hosting it.
