The first thing that came to my mind, Ese, was how brave you are :D. There is something velvety about bees I agree and the honey. That quote made me think. I absolutely love your bee close-up! Thank you for linking it to B&W Sunday π

I had something of a “bee whisperer” next to me that made things less…tense. Yet I had decided the photos had to be taken – with or without somebody else’ s presence, so…there was no way back. π
