Yes, Sarah, the handmade ones always come with a story that bring feelings and memories along. A shop-bought one – yes, might be beautiful but without a personal attachment.
There’re some Christmas tree decorations at my parents’ place that are long past their “serving time” but I still don’t agree to change them with something new. Too close to heart to part…
