Did you know that magpies have funerals to grieve for their dead? Fascinating birds. I find mystery in your straws of sacred rope.

Thank you, Paula! No, I had no idea but there has always been some mysteriousness about them for me. There’s a magpies nest nearby my parents’place so I hear interesting stories from time to time about what has been going on up there. 🙂
