The Līgo Haibun Challenge – The Shudder Before…

ligo_haibun_ecstasy

This week there’ re two prompts for the Līgo Haibun Challengeillusion or ecstasy. As you read on, the true colors of the one I have chosen should burst out…

Morning, day or night…rather difficult to define after the ways we discovered and tasted each other through all the different time zones. The empty pillow on your side of the bed is still radiating warmth. The masculine scent of yours sinking deep inside me…everywhere…even in the places I never knew existed. Touches from the last night with the amplitude of sensuality too intense for any radar to catch. Your whispers that teased, tickled and tormented in the whirlpool of pleasure. Taste of your lips still so much there, on mine, your sighs echoing all the way through my body. My moans tangled with yours. The way our bodies moved…like waves of the ocean, one after another with rising intensity. Brushing, sliding, trembling, thrusting…tattooing your lust between my thighs. Every kiss deeper and wilder than the one before, every touch from the tenderness of butterfly caresses to the wildest untamed ones, with my nails digging into your flesh. Signatures of love all over skin. Yours. Mine. The map of passion you imprinted in me. Again. And again. Sailing through all the corners of the world of desire. Only the letters of our names visible on the compass. Every single parallel and meridian pulsating so strongly it could almost be heard. North, East, South, West melted together. Magnetized. The time zones lost. Seas ran off their shores. Deserts, oceans, glaciers turned into a hot lava. Ecstasy vibrating in the air like the last shudder just before…

Trifextra: Sensing Seasons

This weekend’s prompt is to write 33 words exactly inspired by a photo project by Eirik Solheim. Each slice of the photo compilation is a different day of the year, taken from the same location. More here: Trifextra

I have loved under the summer sun,
kissed deeply with autumn leaves swirling round,
bent down and warmed my man, with my lips, as snowflakes touched my nose,
till fertile spring burst out…

When Words Are Not Necessary

What is the best way to say „I love you”? Is there the best way to say it at all? Maybe with that vocalisation of rain or the floods of the sun beams all over the windows, roofs and faces. Or with the last snowflakes whirling down under a lonely street lamp of a Northern town. That kiss, that so much longed for kiss. With the whole world at our feet standing on the top of a volcano. With the curves of the desert dunes of the Orient. My first Lapis lazuli in palm on a distant path somewhere in the Hindu Kush mountains. With all those sounds and noise of a crowded room where I would recognize even your shadow. With the last beats of a tango in a rustic bar. When it seems I don’ t have to say anything at all. When everything to be said can be read in my every move, caress, touch, in my eyes, in yours. In silence between words. In every smile and giggle. In every crushing “Goodbye”, even if it is for an hour or two.  In every moment of missing you. Clear or foggy, cold or hot, it must be said today, yesterday and tomorrow. A year ago. Two. A year ahead. And many more that can’t be counted. Shouldn’t be. Right now. In this very second. It’s mutual…the intimacy there could be just between 2 people – us. The feelings travelling two ways, with their own speed, strenght and intensity. Unpredictable. Poweful. Alluring. Dangerous. But there. One could call it the most powerful feeling. Or one could simply call it happiness.
