after party
wiggling between branches
kite’ s red tail

running a kite
my mind bound to the sky
sudden release

Since one of my favourite books is “The Kite Runner” by Khaled Hosseini, I couldn’ t resist writing also a haiku, related to it:
kite’s colourful tail
rising above dust of Kabul
last careless laughter

fisherman’ s golden fish
three wishes granted after release
only in fairytale

kite in the sky
run by runner or the wind
wise bird doesn’ t care
